Vertical Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester.

Following our clients continued success in securing a variety of new projects across the water sector, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager who have previous experience within the water/infrastructure sectors and experience of managing projects under NEC forms of contract. 

What you will need: 

" Experience of working in Construction / Development sector

" Proven ability to deliver to deadlines

" The ability to work collaboratively with clients to deliver results

" The ability to prepare and implement a range of project tools including Programmes, Risk Registers, Stakeholder Management Plans, Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans

" Strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders of varying seniority

" A collaborative approach including managing large technical teams and working closely with multi-stakeholder client teams

" Strong understanding of NEC 3/4 Construction Contracts

" The ability to meet client security clearance requirements

" Professional and ethical in everything that you do

" Hold APM qualifications (PFQ and PMQ) or equivalent and be working towards becoming a Chartered Project Professional. 

" Be NEC 3/4 accredited

" Hold a UK Driving Licence
