About the Role - This is an exceptional time to join our client, who provides an environment where talent and hard work are recognised. As an MEP BIM Technician, you’ll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborating with Blue-Chip Developers across sectors such as education, high-end residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure. Projects range from large-scale industrial and commercial schemes exceeding £30 million to smaller, bespoke developments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the design team to deliver coordinated MEP models using advanced BIM (Revit) software.
  • Developing detailed, project-specific BIM models for building services systems.
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and contractors, both in-house and external.
  • Attending project meetings to provide BIM expertise and support effective delivery.
  • Coordinating and integrating MEP designs with other building systems.


Experience and Skills Required

  • Proficient in Revit MEP and other BIM tools, with a solid understanding of BIM Level 2 standards.
  • Experience in developing coordinated models for building services.
  • An understanding of the building services industry, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
