  • Promote high standards in quality, sustainability, and technical delivery

About You

We’re looking for an experienced structural engineer with:

  • Chartered status (MICE or MIStructE)
  • Significant experience in building structures across a range of materials and project types
  • A passion for good design and technical problem-solving
  • Familiarity with structural inspections and the use of BIM and advanced 3D design tools
  • Strong understanding of UK design codes, construction methods, and procurement routes
  • Experience working on heritage or conservation projects (desirable, not essential)
  • Leadership ability – with experience managing teams, projects, and clients

Why Apply?

  • A collaborative, technically focused environment where engineering quality comes first
  • Work on both innovative modern structures and some of the UK’s most iconic heritage buildings
  • Hybrid working options and support for professional development
  • A central Birmingham office with a supportive senior team and a growing project pipeline
