What You’ll Do
· Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.
· Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
· Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
· Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver winning bids
· Support continuous improvement in estimating processes.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within building services or construction.
· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems.
· Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
· A proactive approach, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
· Ambition to grow with the business and develop into senior positions.
Package
· £50,000 - £80,000 salary based on experience. There will be bonus and car allowance negotiations as well.
