We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Construction Consultancy renowned for delivering exceptional Cost and Project Management services across various sectors, with a particular focus on Power, Substations, and Overhead Lines.

As part of the Infrastructure Division, you will contribute to a wide range of challenging and impactful projects, ensuring that clients receive expert advice and solutions to meet their needs. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide cost management and quantity surveying expertise across power and infrastructure projects.
2. Prepare estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
3. Conduct risk analysis and value engineering exercises.
4. Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
5. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive project success.

About You:

1. Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying
2. Experience in infrastructure, ideally in power, substations, or overhead lines.
3. Strong knowledge of industry standards and NEC Contracts
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. MRICS qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
