The company’s Structures team in Birmingham is at the forefront of sustainable design, combining technical excellence with creativity to deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will be expected to play a key role in designing and analysing building structures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop detailed structural designs and specifications using 3D software.

·      Collaborate with architects, clients, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

·      Ensure designs meet health, safety, and sustainability standards.

·      Mentor junior team members and review design calculations.

The Person

·      Degree in civil or structural engineering.

·      Chartered or working towards chartered status.

·      Familiarity with CDM regulations and British Standards.

·      Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.

·      A passion for innovative and sustainable structural design.
