Associate – Quantity Surveying

Location: Central London

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

About the Role:

You’ll take the lead on a range of high-profile projects while helping to develop and grow the London team. The consultancy has a strong presence in the North West and is now looking for an experienced QS to establish and expand its London offering.

Projects cover a range of sectors, including:

Ultra-prime residential for private clients

Multi-residential developments

Education and other commercial sectors

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery

Acting as Employer’s Agent, overseeing contracts and managing project risk

Developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Helping to shape the direction and growth of the London office

What We’re Looking For:

MRICS chartered Quantity Surveyor with strong post-qualification experience

Proven experience acting as Employer’s Agent

Background in high-end residential, multi-residential, or education projects

Strong leadership skills and commercial awareness

Comfortable working independently while contributing to the wider business
