Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, high-value residential projects from inception to completion
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• MRICS chartered
• Strong background in prime or ultra-prime residential projects
• Proven commercial management and leadership skills
• Ability to nurture talent and maintain client confidence
• Business development mindset and ideally an established network
