Architectural Technician (Contract) – London

We’re recruiting for an Architectural Technician to support a respected, design-led architectural practice on a large-scale residential scheme. This is a 3–6 month contract, with an immediate requirement to join their busy London team.

The studio has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, technically robust projects across the UK, with a particular focus on residential, mixed-use, and hospitality schemes. They combine creative design with a pragmatic approach to delivery, and their London office is currently handling a number of significant projects.

The Role

As part of the London architecture team, you’ll be providing crucial technical input on a major residential project. The position requires a strong grounding in RIBA Stages 4 and 5, with the ability to translate design intent into buildable solutions. You’ll be working closely with the wider team to ensure technical accuracy and smooth project delivery.

• Contract: 3–6 months
• Rate: £40 per hour (Outside IR35)
• Software: Revit (essential)

Requirements

• Solid experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally on residential or large-scale schemes
• Strong technical skills across RIBA Stages 4 & 5
• Confident user of Revit
• Able to contribute immediately and work effectively as part of a project team
