Senior / Associate MRICS Building Surveyor – Commercial Focus
Location: Manchester (minimal office requirement)
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus generous bonus scheme

The Role
You will join as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor with a clear focus on commercial projects, particularly within the industrial sector. The position offers full autonomy, the freedom to manage your own time and very limited office requirements, allowing you to deliver work in a way that suits you best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional building surveying services across a diverse commercial portfolio, including industrial, retail, office and residential developments
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the growth of a developing regional office
- Take ownership of projects, with the independence to shape how work is delivered
- Support the continued development of the North West presence alongside the leadership team
About You
- MRICS qualified is essential
- Proven experience in commercial building surveying, ideally with exposure to industrial assets
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to work independently
