Intro
 We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing Consultant to support one of our clients in the financial sector. The focus of this mission is to strengthen their Marketing & Communication (MarCom) department by transitioning from individual campaigns to customer journey campaigning.
The role combines operational coordination, campaign optimization, and strategic change preparation. You’ll collaborate closely with MarCom Managers, Workflow Experts, and Performance Analysts.

 ⏳ Duration: 3 months (extension possible)
 📍 Location: Brussels (minimum 50% on site)
Responsibilities
- Update and optimize dashboards for permanent campaigns (Adobe, CIM, internal tools).
 
- 
Coordinate the stop/review/continue exercise for campaigns & customer journeys.
 
- Map workload and propose capacity balancing between Run & Change activities.
 
- Define governance processes for future reviews (processes, roles, frequency).
 
- Analyze opportunities to merge single-trigger, single-channel campaigns into journeys.
 
- Define monitoring parameters and integrate them into dashboards.
 
- Establish criteria for one-shot vs. permanent campaigns and propose optimizations.
 
- Develop recommendations for the transition to journey-based campaigning.
 
- Prepare a communication & training plan to support organizational change.
 
- Guide and train MarCom Managers and experts in journey-based marketing.
 
Experience & Competences
- 
Education: Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
 
- 
Experience: Minimum 6 years in digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation.
 
- 
Technical expertise (mandatory):
 
- Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and internal data tools
 
- Advanced Excel skills
 
- Fluent in Dutch or French (spoken & written), plus strong English
