Senior Campaign & Journey Marketing Consultant
Intro
For one of our clients in the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Campaign & Journey Marketing Consultant.
The Marketing & Communications department is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns across all customer segments and services. The team manages both internal and external communications and ensures a strong and consistent brand experience.
To support their transition toward a more strategic and data-driven approach to permanent campaigns and customer journeys, our client is looking for a consultant with strong expertise in process management, strategic analysis, marketing automation, and Adobe Campaign.

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the transition toward a more strategic and structured approach to permanent (always-on) campaigns and campaign journeys.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Audience & Workflow Experts, and Performance Analysts.
- Update and optimize the existing dashboard for permanent campaigns (Adobe Campaign / Analytics environment), including:
- Defining monitoring parameters and industrialized governance guidelines (e.g., stop / continue / review).
- Integrating performance insights into a structured dashboard framework.
- Map workload to support backlog prioritization and develop a proposal for capacity balancing between Run and Change activities.
- Develop a governance framework for campaign reviews, including processes, roles, and review frequency.
- Analyze and optimize existing always-on campaigns.
- Assess consolidation opportunities (e.g., converting single-trigger/single-channel campaigns into automated journeys).
- Define criteria for one-shot versus always-on campaigns and formulate optimization recommendations.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and actively promote data-driven decision-making.
- Independently identify and source relevant datasets to support insights and recommendations.
Experience & Competences
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in campaign and journey marketing.
- Strong experience in project management and stakeholder management.
- Advanced expertise in campaign management and omnichannel journey marketing.
- Proven analytical mindset with a strong affinity for marketing data.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and similar data environments).
- Ability to work autonomously, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across expert teams.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and English (written and spoken).
