Digital Copywriter (NL) – SEO / GEO
Intro
We are looking for an experienced Digital Copywriter (SEO / GEO) to join the Digital Team.
You will work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside UI designers, webmasters, product managers, legal experts and fellow copywriters. The role focuses on creating and optimising digital content for a wide range of audiences, including individuals, self-employed professionals, SMEs, and families across domains such as health, investments, insurance and more.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging and audience-relevant digital content aligned with SEO / GEO and UX guidelines
- Optimise existing content and create new content using keyword research tools
- Continuously improve content performance based on data and insights from digital analytics
- Collaborate with product managers, copywriters and legal teams to align content with business goals, compliance requirements and search visibility opportunities (including AI-driven search)
- Work closely with digital analysts to measure SEO / GEO performance, ROI and KPIs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support implementation of technical SEO / GEO improvements in collaboration with IT teams
- Share knowledge, best practices and guidance on SEO / GEO within the wider digital team
Experience & Competences
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital copywriter
- Native Dutch speaker with strong English (C1) and good French (minimum B2)
- Strong expertise in SEO best practices
- Proven experience with Google Analytics and keyword research tools
- Experience in e-commerce or financial services (banking/insurance) is a strong plus
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimisation
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
