Freelance Digital Marketer (Maternity Cover)

Intro

We’re a dynamic real estate team known for going the extra mile. Driven by enthusiasm, creativity, and results, we bring energy to everything we do — every single day. To ensure our marketing continues to thrive during a colleague’s maternity leave, we’re looking for a freelance marketer to take the lead in our communication and campaigns for several months.

Responsibilities

You’ll manage the full marketing plan and execution across our offices, with a strong focus on digital communication. In practice, this includes:

• Planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across multiple channels
• Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Managing and updating the website, including new property launches and SEO improvements
• Developing and launching creative marketing campaigns and project branding
• Coordinating full marketing strategies for new project launches (visuals, websites, advertising)
• Acting as the point of contact for CRM (Zabun360) updates and marketing automations
• Coordinating video content together with our in-house videographer
• Creating and sending newsletters via Brevo
• Monitoring marketing budgets and approving invoices
• Sharing updates and information internally with the team
• Analyzing results and reporting on campaign performance

Together with our graphic designer and videomarketer, you’ll ensure our communication keeps moving — online, offline, and everything in between.

Experience & Competences

• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management (Meta, Google Ads)
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience in real estate marketing or with tools like Zabun360 and Brevo is a plus, not a must
• Availability for a 4-month freelance assignment (with potential early onboarding); part-time or full-time schedule negotiable
