Mission Context
We are seeking a Scrum Master. The first assignment will involve setting up a new squad from scratch, ideally leveraging previous experience in squad formation. Following this, the Scrum Master will play a critical role in:
- Supporting the squad’s efficiency
 
- Ensuring successful delivery of features
 
Function Description
Support to the Team and Product Owner
- Coach the team in self-organization and Agile/Scrum practices (ceremonies, artifacts, etc.)
 
- Drive the squad’s continuous improvement
 
- Remove obstacles, or facilitate the removal of obstacles, to keep the team focused on objectives
 
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, fostering a safe and trustworthy environment
 
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear information sharing
 
- Protect the team from unexpected work influx
 
Responsibilities as a Delivery Owner
- Collaborate with contributors to establish and track delivery plans for features
 
- Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles during feature delivery
 
- Organize Scrum-of-Scrums to align concerned squads and tribes
 
- Report on delivery progress during the Delivery Board
 
- Maintain alignment with other feature or Opus roles (owner, quality, release, etc.)
 
Language Requirements
- 
Mandatory: Proficiency in English
 
- 
Nice to have: Knowledge of at least one national language
 
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
 
Agile Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile way of working
 
- Excellent understanding of Scrum principles and practices
 
Required Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
 
- Experience in coaching teams in Agile/Scrum practices
 
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
 
- Knowledge of feature planning and end-to-end feature delivery
