Job Description



Your Role:


  • Develop and implement SEO and GEO best practices, creating a yearly roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and search opportunities.
  • Write engaging, audience-focused digital content, ensuring alignment with SEO/GEO and UX guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Product Managers, and Legal Experts to align SEO/GEO opportunities with business priorities and compliance requirements, optimizing visibility in search results—including AI-powered searches.
  • Partner with Digital Analysts to measure performance impact and ROI, analyzing SEO/GEO KPIs and providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT to implement technical SEO/GEO requirements.
  • Share SEO/GEO knowledge and best practices with the Digital Team and other Copywriters to foster continuous improvement.


Profile:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital copywriter.
  • French native, fluent in English; basic understanding of Dutch is required.
  • Analytical mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of aligning multiple stakeholders and driving content priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of local SEO (GEO) best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and keyword research tools.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or (financial) services is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills, adaptable to various audiences and channels.
