Job Offer: Agile Product Owner 
Context:
The Agile Product Owner (PO), following Scrum methodology, represents stakeholders and the customer voice, translating their expectations and priorities into product needs. The PO works closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Methodology:
 
- Define the product vision and roadmap.
 
- Draft key functional specifications using Agile practices.
 
- Plan iterations and prioritize the Product Backlog.
 
- Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
 
- Project Follow-up & Support:
 
- Manage priorities and ensure product consistency and quality.
 
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, testing).
 
- Make decisions or arbitrate delivered functionalities.
 
- Adjust and follow the Sprint Backlog as needed.

Business: Banking and KYC expertise, knowledge of the BNPP group and department environment.

Methodology: Agile expertise, project and budget management.
 
Languages:
- Dutch, French, or English: strong knowledge of English + at least one local language.
