Senior UX Experimentation & CRO Consultant

Intro

We are looking for a Senior UX Experimentation & CRO Consultant to join our consultancy team for an exciting digital transformation project within a highly regulated service environment.

In this role, you will help establish a culture of experimentation by defining testing methodologies, optimizing user journeys, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that business needs are translated into measurable, user-centric improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure testable hypotheses by identifying objectives, expected outcomes, and success metrics.
• Establish and promote a comprehensive experimentation framework, including methodologies such as A/B testing, prototype testing, guerrilla testing, qualitative and quantitative research.
• Translate business requirements into validated user hypotheses before development starts.
• Align Product Owners, UX, and other stakeholders around experimentation and validation practices.
• Improve the speed and efficiency of testing cycles and delivery processes.
• Build and maintain documentation, including testing libraries, insight repositories, and best practices.
• Lead UX and UI testing activities, including validation of user interfaces, usability, and accessibility.
• Act as a subject matter expert in user testing methodologies and foster knowledge sharing across teams.

Experience & Competencies

• Extensive experience in UX research, experimentation, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Strong expertise in user testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of UI design principles and accessibility validation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and exploratory testing skills.
• Experience translating business needs into measurable user experiments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in e-commerce environments.
• Experience within highly regulated industries such as banking or insurance is highly desirable.
• Experience in the services sector is an asset.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French.
