We support our customers in managing, saving, and securing their energy consumption by improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant energy installations.
Within the B2B Marketing Department, the focus is on developing and managing competitive energy products and services that respond to customer needs while adapting to a fast-evolving energy market. To strengthen this mission, we are looking for a B2B Product and Pricing Manager to join the team in Brussels.
Responsibilities
Product Management
- Drive the conceptual development of next-generation gas and electricity commodity products, translating innovative ideas into market-ready technical requirements.
- Define, develop, and implement the product roadmap and solution portfolio to support the growth of B2B customer segments, based on market insights and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new products and solutions in close collaboration with internal departments and, where relevant, external stakeholders.
- Manage and continuously improve the lifecycle of gas and electricity products, including processes, product updates, pricing evolutions, regulatory changes, and contract adaptations.
- Provide ongoing training to Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure strong expertise in B2B energy solutions.
- Offer tailored support for specific or complex customer requirements to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal and external tools used to manage commodity solutions and provide follow-up support to internal users when needed.
Pricing & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market developments and monitor competitors to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into strategic input for management.
- Support the Sales team with the tactical implementation of pricing strategies for new customer acquisitions and contract renewals.
- Ensure competitive price positioning by closely monitoring market prices and acting as the main point of contact for transfer pricing.
- Track product performance and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing actions using a robust set of KPIs.

Knowledge & Experience
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering with a commercial mindset, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in product management and/or pricing.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
