Mission :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead a squad on a strategic RPA initiative. The squad includes RPA engineers, functional analysts, process engineers, and a Product Owner. The project involves transferring RPA cases to an external partner, managing knowledge transfer, technical handover, and defining the Target Operating Model (TOM).

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Track project delivery, capacity, and velocity metrics; manage risks and issues.
• Coach the squad and stakeholders on Agile methodology; promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owner with backlog management and ensure Definition of Done (DoD) is met.
• Act as Feature Delivery Owner to ensure project delivery and alignment with TOM.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in project delivery and Agile environments.
• Technical: Knowledge of Agile reporting tools (e.g., Rally), software development, project management, automated testing, CI/CD; RPA (BluePrism) and IT architecture is a plus.
• Business: Expert in Agile methodology, project management, change management, and TOM implementation; banking knowledge preferred.
• Languages: English mandatory; Dutch/French a plus.
• Soft skills: Servant leader, proactive, excellent communicator, team player, promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Work mode: 50% on-site / 50% remote.
