UX Researcher – Dutch Native
Intro
We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher (native Dutch) to join our consultancy team and support a client’s digital transformation initiatives. You will be part of the Concept & UX design chapter, collaborating with designers, product owners, and business analysts to deliver intuitive and engaging customer experiences across web, mobile, and internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative user research in all stages of the design cycle (discovery and evaluation).
 
- Develop tailored research plans and methods aligned with project goals.
 
- Prepare and execute user tests and interviews: define research plans, recruit participants, manage logistics, and run test sessions.
 
- Analyse research results, generate actionable insights, and deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders.
 
- Act as an ambassador for user research: promote its value, raise competencies, and develop new frameworks and methods.
 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure research outcomes are effectively applied in design and development.
 
Experience & Competences
- 3–5 years of proven experience in UX (qualitative) research.
 
- Hands-on experience with various research methodologies (e.g. user testing, card sorting, diary studies).
 
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
- Team player with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
 
- Education: Bachelor or Master in psychology, sociology, anthropology, human-centered design, product design, or equivalent experience.
 
- Languages:
 
- Dutch – native (required for interviews and user testing).
 
- English – fluent (required for reporting and stakeholder communication).
 
- French – a plus.
 
- Preferable: experience in Agile environments, unmoderated testing, or financial/banking projects.
