Digital Marketing Expert / Project Manager
Integrated within the Marketing & Communications department of BNP Paribas Fortis, the Digital Marketing Chapter is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of digital journeys, increasing online visibility, developing brand awareness, generating leads/sales, and driving business growth through the creation and maintenance of relevant content and architecture on internal and external platforms.
Join our team as a Digital Marketing Expert / PM and play a key role in shaping the digital experience for our customers. As a member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting Marketing & Communications Managers on the correct use of platforms/touchpoints. You will also be responsible for increasing online visibility, developing brand awareness, and generating leads/sales through digital channels. This objective is achieved through the strategic use of online marketing techniques and tools: Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Media Performance Campaigns, content marketing, and conversion optimization. The Digital Marketing Expert combines these techniques based on the company's or segment's overall objectives.
Function description
Your primary focus will be managing the digital marketing backlog and roadmap of squads focusing on MarCom-initatives in specific domains for specific client segments. You will ensure that user experience and business goals are met by:
· Define platform guidelines and templates for all platforms/touchpoints used in Marketing & Communications initiatives: EBA, public websites, content platforms, Echonet, internal and external newsletters, etc.
· Coach and support Marketing & Communications Managers in the relevant squads on the correct use of platforms/touchpoints.
· Develop & implement effective digital journeys. Monitor and analyze the end-to-end performance of Digital Journeys compared to objectives/benchmarks and initiate and implement optimization loops.
· Initiate and implement quantitative and qualitative surveys and user tests to measure the evolution of customer satisfaction
· Define the SEO strategy, monitor SEO performance, and define and implement action plans to stimulate performance (in collaboration with an external partner).
· "Digital Campaign management": coach and support Marketing & Communications Managers in setting up effective retargeting strategies for paid media performance campaigns and creating synergies between owned and paid media initiatives.
· Design and manage the content structure of platforms and ensure it is relevant and optimized for search engines and global accessibility (content design and architecture/navigation plans based on Customer/Employee Journeys).
· Assume responsibility for the lifecycle management of content on platforms used in Marketing & Communications initiatives.
· Participate in project management by helping to define the scope and priorities of digital marketing initiatives (content migrations as part of CMS changes, complete revisions of navigation plans, etc.) and ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
