Paid Media Marketing Expert
Intro
Our client is a leading international organisation undergoing continuous digital transformation and innovation. Within its Marketing & Communication department, the Digital Marketing team is responsible for strengthening digital visibility, driving brand awareness, generating leads and supporting business growth through impactful digital campaigns and customer journeys.
To reinforce the team, we are looking for an experienced Paid Media Marketing Expert who can drive strategic media initiatives, optimise campaign performance and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across marketing, media and digital teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor paid media strategies and campaigns focused on awareness, consideration and business growth objectives
- Translate business and marketing objectives into effective media strategies, KPI frameworks and tactical media plans
- Collaborate closely with media and creative agencies to challenge and optimise media strategies, campaign execution and budget allocation
- Lead media negotiations with agencies, publishers and sales houses to maximise ROI and secure the best commercial conditions
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and share learnings to continuously improve future campaigns
- Ensure smooth coordination of campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, reporting and evaluation
- Manage media budgets, cost optimisation initiatives and annual media agreements
- Coordinate tagging and measurement implementation together with analytics teams
- Maintain strong relationships with external media partners and stay informed on market trends, innovations and best practices
- Support digital marketing stakeholders and collaborate in agile working environments with both marketing and IT teams
- Ensure administrative excellence through accurate reporting, invoicing follow-up and contract management
Experience & Competences
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
- Strong expertise in media planning, media buying and negotiation
- Experience working in complex digital marketing environments
- Experience collaborating with agencies, analytics teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile ways of working
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments is considered a strong asset
Technical Competences
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and paid media ecosystems
- Experience with campaign measurement, optimisation and reporting
- Familiarity with Google Ads, CM360, DV360 and social media advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
