We are looking for a Scrum Master to start ASAP for atleast 12 months, with possible extensions. Environment is Ghent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the scrum way of working
• Manage multiple teams
• Coordinate and develop the agile mindset
• The link between Product Owners, Project Managers and Scrum teams

Experience & Competencies

• Senior in scrum and agile working
• Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce
• Flexible mindset
• Proactive
• Stress resistant, able to cope with multiple projects
• Dutch mother tongue and English

Offer:

• Temporary assignment of 12 months with potential extensions.
