We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to cover a maternity leave. This role focuses on digital marketing content strategy and execution, with the goal of optimizing sales and digital campaigns while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital content strategy (landing pages, campaign pages, in-app content).
- Optimize paid campaigns and overall digital product performance.
- Prioritize and manage initiatives across key customer segments (Gen Z, Expats, Starters in Life).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to continuously improve results.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Present results regularly to senior stakeholders.
Profile Requirements

Very senior, with strong experience in digital marketing, paid media, and growth marketing.
- Experienced in working with executive stakeholders and making fast, data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge teams and agencies.
- Proactive, dynamic, positive, and resilient.
- Trilingual preferred.
