Communication Manager
Introduction
Our client is a leading international company operating in the consumer goods sector, known for its strong brand portfolio and focus on delivering outstanding consumer experiences across multiple markets. To further strengthen its market presence and brand positioning, our client is seeking an experienced Communication Manager to lead and execute its communication strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the brand image across all touchpoints. You will define and implement a coherent, creative, and impactful communication strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, attractiveness, and consumer preference. Working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners, you will ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across both online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the brand communication strategy in line with business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns, ensuring performance tracking and continuous optimization.
- Oversee the creation of brand content, including visuals, video, social media content, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
- Ensure consistency of brand image, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels and markets.
- Manage relationships with communication agencies, media partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Digital, and Sales teams to deliver integrated communication initiatives.
- Develop innovative partnerships, collaborations, and activation campaigns to increase brand visibility and attractiveness.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and best practices in FMCG communication.
- Represent the brand at events, launches, and external activations.
- Manage communication budgets and ensure delivery within timelines and objectives.
Experience & Competences
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand communication, preferably within FMCG, premium retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution.
- Proven experience managing multichannel communication campaigns and complex communication projects.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and measure communication performance.
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a strong asset.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions.
- Charismatic, confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Energetic and acting as a natural brand ambassador.
