Mission


As a Conversation Designer & Content Specialist, you will design and manage engaging, user-centric chatbot experiences that blend conversation design, copywriting, content management, and testing. Your goal is to ensure intuitive, consistent, human-like interactions aligned with business goals, brand identity, and compliance standards.

You deliver seamless, effective, and empathetic chatbot conversations that support users across languages (Dutch, French, English) and contexts.


Responsibilities


  • Design conversation flows for both happy paths and edge cases, in collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
  • Write clear, empathetic, on-brand microcopy for chatbot dialogues.
  • Structure and manage chatbot content for searchability, reusability, and multilingual adaptability.
  • Ensure tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity across chatbot replies.
  • Collaborate with legal, customer service, and business teams to align language and flows with policy and user needs.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot analytics to improve flows and copy.
  • Iterate based on user insights, success rates, and breakdowns.
  • Maintain and expand a content library and style guide.
  • Coordinate with localization/translation partners for multilingual delivery.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, design patterns, and testing routines with fellow conversation designers.


Craft Skills (Specialized Knowledge)


  • Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design (portfolio required).
  • Knowledge of conversation flow design, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human–AI interaction.
  • Strong multilingual writing: French (excellent), Dutch (B2/C1+), English (B1/B2+).
  • Content structuring and management for scalability and reusability.
  • Experience testing and optimizing chatbot conversations via analytics and feedback.
  • Familiarity with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow) and content management platforms.
