Role Overview:

Our client seeks a Federal Capture Manager/Business Development professional to identify, pursue, and secure opportunities within the public sector, particularly with federal health agencies. This role will lead capture strategies, build relationships, and drive revenue growth by expanding the company's footprint in the federal market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute capture strategies for federal health opportunities
  • Lead pursuit of multi-million-dollar contracts
  • Conduct market intelligence and opportunity identification
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Lead proposal development and management
  • Maintain pipeline management
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with internal teams


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management
  • Proven track record of winning federal contracts (ideally with NIH, CDC, VA, or DoD)
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
