The ideal candidate would have:

• 4+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm setting
• Experience handling monthly pre-bills, draft bills (BIMS), and electronic billing for attorneys
• Knowledge of litigation and activity codes following UTBMS
• Superb communication skills regarding billing activities, outstanding client balances, etc.
• Knowledge in various e-billing portals such as Legal Exchange, Collaborati, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix
