NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a growing SaaS organization to hire a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for an AP automation platform. This role will lead customers through configuration, integration, and go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, SaaS experience, and client-facing leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding projects from pre-sale through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to customer objectives
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and configure workflows, budgets, and ERP integrations
• Lead technical scoping discussions with customer IT teams and document specifications for integrations or custom reporting
• Partner with internal developers to implement tailored solutions
• Support pre-sales activities by defining scope, estimating effort, and preparing statements of work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidance
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing across the implementation team
• Provide advanced support for post go-live optimization and customer success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience managing SaaS or ERP implementations from discovery to go-live
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online)
• Technical understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and implementation challenges
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with scripting or development (JavaScript, REST APIs, database structures)
• Experience with project or CRM tools (Wrike, Jira, Salesforce)
• Multilingual skills (Spanish or French) a plus
