The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
• 5+ years of progressive payroll general ledger experience
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts monthly and ensure reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Produce ad hoc and recurring payroll reporting
• Prepare and post entries of medical benefits allocations
• Assist with compensation forecasting and annual budgets
• Previous Real Estate or Hospitality Industry experience is highly desired
