Vice President of Finance. VP of FP&A. NextStep Recruiting is recruiting for a VP of Finance for a multi-billion-dollar revenue organization headquartered in Plano, TX. 

Candidates must have:

• A degree in Finance or a related field with an advanced degree and/or certifications is a plus
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including years of Director-level or VP-level experience leading the finance efforts of a billion-dollar revenue organization
• Strong strategist and visionary with the ability to act and implement the plan

Our client is a well-known brand and employer in Dallas. This role will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the CEO and the board. Strong annual salary, annual bonus, and LTI/equity. This role will be on-site with some travel as needed, so the candidate must be local to the Dallas market, with a commute to Plano being ok. Thank you.
