The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of direct experience in high-volume recruiting needs across nationwide retail locations
• Ability to own the sourcing strategy for field leaders and develop segmented sourcing plans tailored to roles and markets
• Use talent market data to refine and improve sourcing channels and attraction methods.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical leadership roles in partnership with business and HR leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to field leadership on hiring strategy, trends, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring needs and competing priorities.
• Train and support recruiting team members to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and recent experience with Workday Software is required
