NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading distributor of wireless voice, data, and video solutions to find a Senior Collections Analyst in Eastern Dallas County. An ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills to manage a high-volume B2B accounts receivable portfolio, resolve billing disputes, and drive timely collections. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and contributes to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Required:
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience
• 4+ years of Order-to-Cash experience (collections, billing, or cash applications)
• Experience managing B2B collections portfolios
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with ERP or accounting software
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a multi-million-dollar AR portfolio
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Experience supporting compliance with KPIs and SOX/internal controls
Preferred:
• Experience mentoring or serving as escalation point for team members
• Experience supporting system implementations or process improvements
• Experience providing ad-hoc financial or operational reporting
