NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in roofing and exterior repair solutions in the Atlanta, GA area! Our client is seeking a Purchasing & Procurement Analyst to join their team. The Procurement Analyst will support the Purchasing Director and C-Suite executives to ensure cost-effective sourcing, accurate data analysis, and standardized procurement processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized procurement metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor KPIs across all cost areas.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize purchasing and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and vendor management strategies.
• Present actionable insights to leadership and ensure timely integration of job costing, vendor performance, and payment tracking.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or data analytics specifically within the construction or roofing industries
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Previous knowledge in financial planning & analysis strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
