• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within public accounting
• CPA Certification is required
• Ability to take ownership of all auditing aspects of financial management, financial controls, reporting, and cash management
• Technical compliance with US GAAP & SOX requirements
• Knowledge in impairment, debt transactions, partnership consolidations, and allocation research is highly preferred
• Previous Real Estate or Hospitality Industry experience is highly desired
