Senior Financial Analyst, Manufacturing Operations. Sr. FP&A, Manufacturing. Remote-based! NextStep Recruiting is recruiting for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for a large, national, private equity-owned manufacturer doing around $1B in revenue across 10 manufacturing and distribution sites. This role can be remote-based, with travel to their Midwest HQ's once per quarter and some travel to manufacturing sites when needed. Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field. Advanced degree and certifications are a plus
• 3+ years of large company manufacturing industry experience
• Advanced Excel data modeling skills. SQL experience is a plus
• Strong experience analyzing COGS variances, value creation projects, supply chain/logistic/inventory variables, etc.

Our client is looking for someone with a strong curiosity to learn their manufacturing business as well as someone who is looking for promotion and opportunity. They have a fantastic, experienced finance team with strong mentors and managers. Strong base salary in the $110k - $120k range doe, annual bonus potential, great benefits, etc.
