Manager, Data Analytics. Remote-based with some travel! NextStep Recruiting is working with a fantastic manufacturer who is looking to hire a Manager of Data Analytics who will take the lead in organizing, cleansing, validating, and making the data workable across the manufacturing organization! This is a highly visible role that will work closely with the C-Suite and IT, Operations, Finance, and Accounting leadership. 

Candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, or related field. Advanced degree and/or certifications a plus
• 5+ years of progressive experience with ERP systems, reporting systems, managing data, data analytics
• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills as this person will work closely with all departments across the manufacturing organization
