NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in roofing and exterior repair solutions in the Atlanta, GA area! Our client is seeking an Executive Office Manager to join their team. The Executive Office Manager will support the C-Suite team and serve as the central point of coordination for executive operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and strategic priorities while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment, execution, and timely follow-through on initiatives.
  • Organize leadership meetings and events, track action items, and ensure high-level objectives remain on track.


Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or operations coordination, ideally in construction, roofing, or trades industries.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address needs proactively.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
