Senior Accountant. Senior Project Accountant. Senior Job Cost Accountant. NextStep Recruiting is working with a growing N. Ft. Worth/Alliance-area client who is looking to hire an experienced Project Accountant for their growing team. This is an interesting role, as the client is currently changing how they handle project accounting and establishing shared services processes across multiple entities, so this role will be part of establishing those policies, procedures, and workflows! 

Candidates must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including some experience with job costing, project accounting, and percentage of completion work
• Strong accounting principles and some experience establishing policies and procedures.

This is a fantastic permanent, direct hire role with an exciting, growing N. Fort Worth employer. Base salary target range in the $85k - $100k base salary range, with annual bonus potential and strong benefits. This role will be either 100% onsite or 4/1 hybrid, so candidates must be local to Fort Worth, and a commute to N.
