NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in live events and hospitality in Frisco, TX! Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist on a short-term contract basis.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to gather data and complete monthly AR billing of clients 
• Ensure all accounts receivable collections are monitored and submission of funds are in a timely manner
• Maintain and update client account information and resolve any discrepancies as necessary 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of accounts receivable and billing experience 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Macros
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
• Strong general accounting knowledge
