NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a Dallas firm to find multiple skilled Senior AR Accountant's. The ideal candidates will be in a pivotal role managing and optimizing AR processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred; Online acceptable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Experience in managing all things related to accounts receivable management, financial reporting and analysis and process improvement
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial analysis concepts
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work 45–50 hour weeks, particularly during close cycles
