NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing industrial manufacturing and assembly organization to identify two Manufacturing Engineers in Grapevine, TX. These are direct-hire opportunities with a 100% onsite schedule, supporting the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for electrical and mechanical assemblies used in mission-critical infrastructure projects.

These positions are ideal for early-career manufacturing engineers who have built a solid technical foundation and are ready to take the next step. The right candidates will have approximately three or more years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment and an interest in taking greater ownership of production processes, tooling, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required:

• Approximately 3+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or related hands-on engineering experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Experience developing or improving manufacturing processes, work instructions, production methods, or assembly procedures
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, production equipment, tooling, fixtures, and methods for improving efficiency and quality
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and work directly with manufacturing teams
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment where processes are still being developed and improved

Preferred:

• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, electrical equipment, fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or similar production environments
• Experience developing bills of materials (BOMs), routings, work instructions, tooling specifications, or manufacturing documentation
• Exposure to new product introduction (NPI), design for manufacturability (DFM), production readiness, or equipment selection
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process improvement, cycle-time analysis, or root-cause investigations
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline
