The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of corporate commercial collections experience in the manufacturing industry
• Manage the timely collection of customer invoices (outbound calls)
• Manage credit memo processing and work with the quality assurance team and sales team in applying and removing credit holds
• Assist in determining uncollectable accounts and initiating write-off approvals
• Maintain applicable metrics and KPI reports
• Participate in audit activities (annual GAAP financial, compliance, government)
