NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a construction and infrastructure services organization to identify a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale construction projects. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, field coordination, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction. Location and work model details will be discussed during the interview process.

This position is ideal for a seasoned construction leader who can manage complex projects, mentor project teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required:

• 10+ years of construction project management experience or comparable leadership experience in a related field
• Strong background in heavy civil construction including asphalt, underground utilities, earthmoving, and concrete
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead project managers and field teams
• Experience overseeing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and change management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools

Preferred:

• Experience supporting pre-construction planning and project strategy initiatives
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to represent the company in project meetings
• Background in quality control processes and project closeout management
• Demonstrated ability to resolve scope or performance issues with subcontractors
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and communication skills
