NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in roofing and exterior repair solutions in Duluth, GA! Our client is seeking a Permitting Coordinator to join their team on a remote basis. The Permitting Coordinator will support the VP of Compliance and be responsible for overseeing and supporting the renewal and maintenance of all corporate, contractor, and local licensing.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide permitting support for the corporate office and its subsidiaries, ensuring that all permits are obtained
  • Apply for new permits as needed 
  • Ensure timely submission and renewal of licenses and permits 
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is provided
  • Provide administrative support when needed 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in permit coordination and compliance
  • Knowledge of construction and permitting processes preferred
  • Familiarity with local and state permitting systems, zoning regulations, and building codes
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a can-do attitude
