NextStep Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing manufacturing company in Fort Worth, TX on a contract-to-hire basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company billing policies and contract terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with collections to ensure timely payment.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Controller with any special projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience with Concur required - SAP Syteline a plus
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a commitment to quality work.
