NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in live events and hospitality in Frisco, TX! Our client is seeking a Disbursement Specialist on a short-term contract basis.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end disbursement processes, including vendor payments, reconciliations, and exception handling
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes 
• Utilize ERP systems to process transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in disbursements and accounts payable 
• Strong knowledge of payment methods and vendor account management
• ERP expertise - preferably in Microsoft AX, Dynamics 365, and/or Infor M3
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
