Trueline’s client, a prestigious, AV-rated® law firm recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work For” by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their Chicago team.

Experience in the areas of D&O, professional liability, cyber, financial institutions and/or fidelity and crime for its growing practice is preferred but not required.

 

What You’ll Do as the Insurance Coverage Attorney:

  • Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues.
  • Draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.
  • Provide coverage recommendations.
  • Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions and related materials.
  • Handle insurance coverage litigation, including taking and defending depositions.

 

You’ll Succeed as the Insurance Coverage Attorney If You Have:

  • 5+ years of insurance coverage experience.
  • Experience interpreting D&O, E&O and EPL insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage matters.
  • Superior academic credentials from a top tier accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing of the Illinois bar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
