Trueline's client, a boutique law firm in Howard County, Maryland, is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This dynamic firm specializes in banking, real estate, and trust and estate law, serving over 2,000 businesses and individuals.

What You'll Do as the Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal:

• Manage client workflow processes and correspondence
• Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based files
• Support attorneys with calendar management and meeting arrangements
• Implement and improve firm-wide best practices
• Assist with banking & finance, corporate/real estate, and estate & trust matters

You'll Succeed as the Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal if you Have:

• 3-5 years of substantive commercial real estate experience
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, professional demeanor and collaborative spirit
