Trueline's client, a dynamic and highly respected litigation law firm with multiple locations, is seeking a Complex Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team in Texas, Illinois, or Delaware. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes cases and be part of a firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services and achieving successful client outcomes.


What You'll Do as the Complex Civil Litigation Attorney:

  • Manage all aspects of complex civil litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in various state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
  • Handle discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting clients.


You'll Succeed as the Complex Civil Litigation Attorney if you Have:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in TX, IL, and/or DE
  • 3-5 years of complex civil litigation experience.
  • Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Skill in presenting complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • High professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
